Curves suits my lifestyle as its only half an hour in my hectic family routine, it’s also so close to home.
Since coming to Curves I have achieved my goal by losing the inches and pounds that were piling on. The atmosphere is brilliant and the staff are motivating and very friendly.
I look forward to coming to Curves as I have made a lot of new friends.

Even with my busy schedule I found I could fit in half an hour three or four times per week. Over the three months I have lost 23.5 lbs in weight and 17.25 inches. from my bust, waist, thighs, abdomen and my arms I certainly feel lighter and fitter and find the exercises enjoyable and the staff very encouraging.  I am now a size 12/14 and feel (and I believe look) much younger than I have done in many years!

Since I joined Curves I have a new lease of life I’m fitter firmer than ever.  I have more energy and time to do all things I couldn’t be bothered to do before.  I have lost more weight and inches than I could have imagined in 2 months and love seeing the results.  Friends and family keep saying how great I look and I love it.  I love my time at Curves and look forward to coming as often as I can; the staff and members are my new found friends. When I joined Curves I had several objectives in mind, to lose a few pounds, to get a bit fitter and to hopefully loosen up the bits of my back that were rapidly stiffening with arthritis. I am delighted to say that after joining Curves I have lost the ponds and inches I wanted to loose and reduced my medication to less than half of what it was from being a long term diabetic.

The muscles around my knees have also improved which means I can now enjoy long walks. The 9lbs I have lost doesn’t seem much - what is important to me is that regular attendance at Curves has changed my body shape, in particular toning enabling me to wear more fitted clothes, which has increased my confidence in the way I look.

One of the biggest bonuses has been being part of a really ‘great’ club and making so many new friends. The caring staff are always encouraging and welcoming and I never thought the day would come when I actually admitted to enjoying exercise!

I joined Curves in January 2008 as I knew I needed to stop the weight creeping on as it had been doing for the last year. I’d never been one for gyms; I didn’t like the idea of sweating too much.

Two of my friends had already joined Curves and lost inches and pounds and convinced me to come along. The rest is history. It doesn’t take a great chunk out of your day and it’s easy to fit in 30 minutes, 3 times a week. I have made new friends and receive encouragement and support from everyone.

I had been a classic yo yo dieter for ten years and had never stuck to an exercise class for any length of time. So when I joined Curves it took me a few weeks to get into the routine as I was feeling very unfit and heavy. I started to eat healthier and met some lovely ladies and friendly staff who all motivated and supported me through my workouts. I started to see and feel a difference, I definitely feel fitter and more confident in myself and I really enjoy the time I spend at Curves.

When I had stressful times in my family life I kept coming in and found that the exercise really helped lift my spirits and clear my head. I’m very happy I discovered Curves it really suits my lifestyle, it’s a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I am now a much happier and confident person.
